A unique home in a unique place, Clouds Rest is situated on
five very private, fir and aspen covered acres in the Colony
development, directly on the slopes of Vail-run Canyons Ski Resort. You
can immediately tell that our home has something special to offer; in
fact, Clouds Rest has been featured in numerous publications and showcased on an episode of MTV's Teen Cribs as one of Americas most outstanding homes! Clouds Rest is set up to provide you and your guests with the best in comfort and fun, definitely fun.
Clouds Rest is designed to keep you entertained even on the
coldest winter days. An integrated Kalaidescape and Crestron
entertainment system allows you to watch movies or listen to music in
most rooms in the house. You can choose from our collection of over
three hundred movies at the touch of a button, or watch your own DVDs
anywhere in the house. We have WIFI connection and are wired for sound
as well with iPod docks and XM radio throughout.

| To ensure that you are cozy and warm, the home is heated
with radiant in floor heat and seven wood or gas burning fireplaces with
as much wood as you will need for crackling winter night fires. |

Ski Prep Room

When it is time to hit the slopes, get all your gear ready
in our spacious, comfortable ski prep room equipped with fireplace, gear
storage, clothes dryer and boot drying system. We've included all you
will need to put on your gear and ski or board right out the door to the
slopes. |
| Make sure you take advantage of the amazing setting here in
the mountains. On powder days we are always first down the slopes before
the lifts bring up the skiers from the base. There are miles of terrain
for snow shoeing (which we provide) and back country skiing or just
snow play. In the summer we hike from the door to spectacular ridge line
views of the Wasatch range. |
Need to warm up before heading out or just need to work your
muscles? Clouds Rest is equipped with a full weight gym with treadmill,
spin cycle, bouldering wall, and slide board. The exercise bath is
furnished with a spacious multi-person steam shower to relax those tired
muscles.
But the most unique feature of all at Clouds Rest has got to
be our indoor rock climbing gym. At 35 foot high, this Eldorado Walls
designed gym is one of the largest indoor gyms in America and will keep you and your companions entertained for many a climbing session. And to guarantee your safety and fun, we will provide and pay for climbing instructors and equipment! |

In order to ensure your comfort, our home is equipped
with six on suite bedrooms. The Master includes a king size bed and
bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, commode and bidet, with a
large walk in closet. On the deck outside of the master is an outdoor
hot tub perfect for relaxing after a long ski day.
On the main is another bedroom with an on suite bath. This
room has a queen bed and sleeping sized window seat with walk in closet
and outdoor covered deck.

 Nautilus Bedroom
We call one of them the Nautilus
bedroom because of the curved opalescent body shower. The room features a
kingsize bed and setting area with great views of the mountain. This bath also has a separate jacuzzi tub.

walk in closet. This bath is also equipped with a jacuzzi tub/shower

At the end of the hall is the Boys' bunk room with two
queen/twin bunk beds. The bath has a large shower, three sinks, and a
urinal for the boys. The final bedroom is furnished with a king size bed
and a twin trundle bed perfect for a young family. The bath has twin
sinks and a tub/shower combination. Our home also comes furnished with
three 'pack and play' units for little ones.

Each of the bedrooms is decorated with your comfort in mind
with down comforters on the bed and televisions with DVDs equipped to
access Netflix, Hulu, Etc.

| Whether you choose to cook your own meals or take advantage
of a personal chef, the home is set up to accommodate even the most
discerning cook. The kitchen is equipped with a six burner plus griddle
Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator and separate freezer, ice maker,
beverage cooler, microwave, Miele integrated coffee maker, two
dishwashers, insta hot water dispenser, trash compactor, and a full
stock of cooking, serving, and bar utensils. There is also a separate
staples pantry and butlers pantry equipped with a dishwasher and warming
oven. |

Downstairs is an
entertainment kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, insta hot water
dispenser, beverage cooler, refrigerator and freezer drawers and a
popcorn machine. Just in case you need a snack, the ski prep room is
also equipped with an insta hot water faucet, microwave and a dryer to
dry and warm wet snow clothes.

The home includes a
full office/library with numerous interesting books to curl up in the
hearth room in front of the fire for a good read. The dining room will
comfortably seat fourteen in front of the gas fireplace for cozy evening
meals. The gathering rooms upstairs and down are great places to visit
and cozy up to the fire as well.
To make sure you can
access the property, we have a fully heated driveway and outdoor deck
and space for four cars in the garage.
To maximize your visit at Clouds Rest, we can work with you
to customize your stay with any experience enhancing amenity you may
need. If you want a chef, grocery delivery, daily maid service, a
private ski/snowboad instructor, we can help make the arrangements.
